All fonts and media are served directly from our own origin server, and visiting this website sets no cookies whatsoever. For the technically secure delivery of this website and defense against cyberattacks, our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare Pages) briefly processes technically necessary connection data (IP address, timestamp, requested page, browser information) in server log files based on our legitimate interest in secure and stable website operation pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. Contact via Email & Contact Form

Purpose & Nature of Processing:
The contact form on this website prepares your entries (name, email address, phone number, optional child age, and message text) locally in your browser and opens your own email client for direct dispatch to office@ebphysio.at. No form data is stored on a web server or transmitted to third-party form processors. The information you send is used exclusively to answer and process your specific inquiry.

Legal Basis:
Processing is carried out for pre-contractual measures and inquiry responses under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, and our legitimate interest in reliable communication under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Retention Period:
Your data is stored only as long as necessary to process your inquiry or to satisfy statutory obligations. If no treatment agreement is formed, inquiry details are deleted following conclusion of correspondence.
